Why we started
Anyone who has changed a conveyor belt knows the routine: one person holds one end, another holds the other, and a third tries to line them up and make the joint. When the line is down, finding that crew costs time and money. We set out to build a tool that takes the helpers' place, so a single operator can grip both belt ends, pull them together, and make the joint safely.
That tool became the GrabUnity belt joiner. Today the family covers belts from 2 inches to 32 inches wide, from compact clamps for tight machine frames to the two-clamp GrabUnity Max for large industrial conveyors.
How our tools are built
- Heat-treated extruded aluminum frame for strength without extra weight.
- Stainless knurled steel rolls that bite into the belt and hold it.
- Self-locking clamp design that keeps the belt from slipping as tension builds.
- Works with cotton, rubber-covered and heavy-duty PVC belts.
Who it is for
GrabUnity joiners are built for maintenance technicians who replace or re-join conveyor belts with a small crew: commercial laundries, packaging lines, light manufacturing, warehouses and any operation where a stopped belt stops the work.
