How it works
Clamp both ends
Lay each belt end in a clamp. The knurled steel roll and self-locking design keep the belt from slipping.
Pull to tension
Draw the ends together until the belt has the tension you need. No second person holding the belt.
Join and release
Lace or splice the joint while the tool holds it, then release. Less downtime, less strain on the crew.
Conveyor belt joiners built for one operator
GrabUnity designs conveyor belt joiners and belt stretching clamps so a single technician can replace, join and tension a conveyor belt without a helper. Each clamp grips both belt ends with a self-locking mechanism and knurled steel rolls, then pulls them together and holds them while you install fasteners or make a splice.
Our tools fit cotton, rubber-covered and heavy-duty PVC belts up to 8 mm thick, from 2-inch belts on small machines to 32-inch industrial conveyors. Frames are heat-treated extruded aluminum, light enough to carry and strong enough for loads up to 1,200 lb.
